Contributing to a global post-2015 disaster risk reduction framework

Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Monsieur Ban Ki-Moon, a prononcé le discours d’ouverture à la troisième Conférence mondiale des Nations Unies sur la réduction des risques de catastrophe à Sendai, au Japon.  Dans son discours, Ban Ki-Moon a rappelé que les dégâts annuels globaux résultant de catastrophes dépassent aujourd’hui 300 000 000 000$.  «Nous pouvons regarder ce chiffre augmenter pendant que de plus en plus de monde souffre.
